Shadowing is a practical learning experience that brings first-hand experience to those interested in career and leadership development. Our Shadow Learning Series visits businesses and entrepreneurs in and around Pokhara valley to uncover aspects related to industry, organization, and entrepreneurship in Nepal.

These unique learning experiences are designed to help participants better understand job particulars, get a sense of what’s available in Nepal, build confidence, and understand what it takes to succeed. Many organizations use shadowing to develop leaders and complement classroom learning.

This Shadow Learning Experience will take participants to Rasilo, a food production factory in Hemja. Participants will learn about food safety and equipment, mass market, and designing products with consumers in mind.
